Our Titanium Wire Range
We draw wire beside our Titanium Supplier, Titanium Bar Supplier and Titanium Sheet Supplier lines; see Titanium Grade 2 vs 5 for selection guidance.
Diameter and Temper
Wire is drawn from 0.2 mm to 6.0 mm with bright, oxide-free surface. Diameter and roundness are verified per Metal Tolerances Fits Guide; surface finish per Surface Roughness Ra Guide. Chemistry is documented by Mill Test Certificate Guide.
Spooling and Packing
We spool on plastic or steel reels for automatic welding and coiling for bulk. Grade 5 wire is stress-relieved where specified. Every spool ships with a traceable heat number and diameter report.
Applications
Grade 2 and 23 wire feed TIG and MIG welding and medical meshes; Grade 5 serves aerospace and spring wire; Grade 7 is used in aggressive chemical service. Wire drawing is detailed in our Metal Wire Drawing Guide.
