HXSCO’s high silicon electrical steel strip (2.8-3.5% Si) is precision processed by hydrogen annealing to ensure magnetic uniformity and top performance. It offers ultra-low core losses (P1.5/50 ≤ 0.9 W/kg), high magnetic induction (B50 up to 1.73 T), and strong mechanical durability (tensile strength: 380-480 MPa).
The material is ideally suited for demanding applications – from solar inverter cores and wind turbine transformers to electric vehicle motor laminates, on-board chargers, and medical-grade shielding in MRI systems. Our proprietary hydrogen annealing process reduces core losses by 12% compared to standard methods, while the C6 insulation coating (UL recognized, 800V/μm) provides excellent dielectric protection.
