Grades, Temper and Tolerance
Plain copper tube is offered in C11000 (ETP), C10200 (OF) and C12200 (DHP); copper-nickel is offered in C70600 (90/10) and C71500 (70/30). Temper runs from annealed (O60/O61) through half-hard to hard-drawn. Outside diameter and wall are checked per our Metal Tolerances Fits Guide, and each lot is documented by our Mill Test Certificate Guide.
Surface, Cleaning and Packing
Tubes are supplied bright, cleaned and capped; copper-nickel is descaled and passivated where specified. Cleanliness and finish are handled per our Metal Degreasing Guide und Metal Surface Treatment Guide. Ends are capped or plugged and bundles are wrapped for moisture-safe export.
