Short answer: HXSCO supplies Hastelloy — the molybdenum-rich nickel superalloys (C-276, C-22, B-3, G-30, X) that resist the harshest oxidising and reducing acids, chlorides and high-temperature oxidation where even duplex and 6Mo stainless fail.

Why Hastelloy
Hastelloy is a family of nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloys built for the most aggressive media: hot, concentrated acids, chlorides, wet flue gas and sour (H2S) service. They resist both uniform and localised attack and keep useful strength to high temperature, sitting at the extreme end of our Nickel Alloy Supplier range alongside the Hastelloy Guide reference. When Stainless Steel 316 Properties, Duplex Stainless Steel Guide and even super-austenitic grades are outgunned, Hastelloy is the next step up.
Grades We Stock
C-276 is the generalist — a low-carbon Ni-Cr-Mo-W grade tolerant of a very wide chemistry range, the default for chemical, sour and flue-gas-desulphurisation (FGD) duty. C-22 improves resistance to pitting, crevice and oxidising media (bleach, wet chlorine) over C-276. B-3 is formulated for hydrochloric acid; G-30 for phosphoric and mixed acids with iron; X for high-temperature oxidation and furnace/aerospace parts. Grade selection follows the medium, exactly as in Crevice Corrosion Stainless Steel dan Stress Corrosion Cracking.
Processing & Quality
We supply Hastelloy as plate, sheet, bar, pipe, wire and forgings, cut and welded (matching Ni-Cr-Mo filler) by our Forging Supplier dan Cnc Machining Supplier programmes. These alloys are expensive and sensitive to contamination, so dedicated tooling, strict inter-pass cleaning and low heat input matter; passivation and finishing context is in Metal Surface Treatment Guide. Every lot ships with a mill certificate per our Mill Test Certificate Guide, and mixed-metal duty is planned with Galvanic Corrosion Guide.

Pertanyaan yang Sering Diajukan
Hastelloy is used for the most corrosive services — concentrated acids, chlorides, sour gas, flue-gas desulphurisation and high-temperature oxidation — in chemical, petrochemical and aerospace plants.
C-276 resists a very wide range of media; C-22 has better resistance to pitting, crevice attack and oxidising chemicals such as bleach and wet chlorine.
For aggressive acid and chloride service, yes — Hastelloy resists media that rapidly attack 316 and even duplex stainless, at a correspondingly higher cost.
Yes. HXSCO supplies Hastelloy C-276, C-22, B-3, G-30 and X in plate, bar, pipe and forgings with mill certificates and welding to spec.
