CNC Services We Supply
Machining converts our mill stock into finished components in one supply chain, so the material certificate and the part come from the same source. It draws directly on our Steel Bar Supplier, Steel Rod Supplier ve Aluminum Supplier programmes and complements Forging Supplier ve Casting Supplier for near-net blanks.
- CNC turning — Ø3–600 mm, ±0.01 mm: shafts, bushings, pins, adapters.
- 3/4/5-axis milling — ±0.02 mm: housings, brackets, manifolds, mould bases.
- Wire EDM — ±0.005 mm: dies, keyways, complex profiles in hardened steel.
- Precision grinding — OD/ID/surface to ±0.002 mm and Ra 0.2.
- Deburring, finishing and sub-assembly — Ra 0.4–3.2 with parts marked and packed.
Materials & Post-Processing
We machine carbon and Alloy Steel Supplier grades (1045, 4140, 4340), Stainless Steel Supplier (303, 304, 316, 17-4 PH), aluminum (6061, 6082, 7075), brass and Titanium Supplier Grade 2/5. Hardened work is EDM-cut or ground after heat treatment per Stress Relieving Vs Annealing ve Nitriding Vs Carburizing. Finishing follows Metal Surface Treatment Guide — anodizing, black oxide, zinc, nickel or passivation per Passivation Vs Pickling — and edge quality per Laser Vs Plasma Cutting for cut blanks.
Quality, Tolerance & Lead Time
Every order ships with a material certificate per our Mill Test Certificate Guide plus a dimensional report; CMM and hardness checks are available on request. Prototype runs move in 7–12 days, series production in 15–25 days. Send a STEP/IGES file or a 2D drawing with tolerance, material and quantity and we quote per piece and per batch.
